Overview
Your WHMCS Client Area is where you manage your hosting service, view invoices, pay online, and open support tickets. For most customers, WHMCS is the primary place to find service details and shortcuts (for example, “Login to cPanel” when enabled).
Logging in
1) Open the Dprime Hosting Australia Client Area.
2) Enter your registered email and password.
3) If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, complete verification.
If you forgot your password
- Use “Forgot Password” and follow the email reset instructions.
- After resetting, enable 2FA for improved account security.
Where to find service details
1) Client Area → Services.
2) Open your hosting service.
3) Review key items:
- Service status (Active/Suspended)
- Primary domain
- Billing cycle and next due date
- Connection guidance (nameservers or DNS target)
4) Use “Login to cPanel” if available.
Invoices and payments
1) Client Area → Billing → My Invoices.
2) Open the invoice to confirm:
- Amount and currency
- Due date
- Line items
3) Click Pay Now and complete payment.
4) Confirm invoice status becomes Paid.
Common invoice notes
- Unpaid invoices may lead to service suspension after the applicable grace period.
- If you paid and the invoice still shows unpaid, open a billing ticket and include transaction details.
Support tickets (best practice)
1) Client Area → Support → Open Ticket.
2) Choose the correct department (Billing vs Technical).
3) Write a clear message:
- Summary: what is broken or what you need
- Impact: site down vs minor issue
- Time: when it started
- Changes: what you changed before it happened
- Errors: copy/paste exact error text
Attachments
Screenshots can help, but copy/paste error text when possible. It’s faster and reduces misunderstandings.
Security and profile settings
- Update contact details in Your Profile.
- Use a strong, unique password.
- Enable 2FA.
If you manage multiple client services
Use internal notes on each service (or your own tracking sheet) so you always know:
- Which domain belongs to which service
- Where DNS is hosted (registrar vs Cloudflare)
- Which provider hosts email
