1) Log in to your Client Area
- Review your active service
- Confirm your primary domain and billing cycle
- Use the “Login to cPanel” button (if visible) for direct access
2) Connect your domain the correct way
- Option A: Update nameservers at your registrar (simplest)
- Option B: Keep DNS at Cloudflare and update A/CNAME records
If you are unsure which one applies, open a support ticket before changing anything—DNS changes can impact website and email.
3) Enable SSL (HTTPS)
- After DNS points correctly, enable SSL in cPanel (AutoSSL)
- Confirm your site loads on https:// without browser warnings
4) Email best practice (important)
- You may receive email via your mailbox provider (cPanel / Google / Microsoft)
- For reliable sending, we recommend SMTP2GO for outbound email (apps + websites)
This improves deliverability and reduces spam issues.
